Gretchel Dixon is a woman of many hats and unlimited potential. She is the founder of Empower You Global an organization that is committed to helping people break through barriers and challenges, overcome doubts and take large strides towards achieving their goals. Gretchel is also the author of several books, a mentor to many, certified life coach, conference speaker and host, and certified anger management specialist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, a Master of Business Administration. She has worked for such Fortune 500 companies Levi Strauss and DuPont Remington Arms.  Her professional experience includes accounting, human resources, and the banking/ financial industry.

Gretchel has a heart and a passion to see individuals, especially young women live life to their highest capacity. Her passion for the success of the young woman has ignited her to develop several courses, programs, and conferences to assist women in becoming who they are created to be. With her Apostolic grace, she has become a  mother to many both naturally and spiritually. 

As a Professional Speaker, Gretchel speaks on a variety of topics for audiences big and small. It was always her dream to make a positive impact in the lives of others, and she is proud to make a living by inspiring, motivating, and challenging people from all different backgrounds.
